ok now to explain the stats some.

for every 1,500 words that you type, you gain 1k in your chaka, and you cap at 6k that means you have to type 9,000 words to cap by the end of the week. now for every 1k you make, you get 5 points to distribute in which ever stat you want.

Chakra: 5,000

Stamina: 5

Strength: 5

Speed: 5

Perception: 5

Jutsu strength,5

when you start rping, thats what i want to your stats be.

also, there will be class stats that when you add so many points will be doubled.

there is.

Agile: The faster set of characters. They get 2 points to speed for each 1 they spend. They can max out in any stat but will cap at 1 tier below the highest for stamina. Faster characters have a much higher chance of hitting what they want.

Brutes: The stronger set of characters. They get 2 points to strength for each 1 they spend. They can max out in any stat but will cap at 1 tier below the highest for speed. Stronger characters cause more damage to what they hit, do better at blocking and can lift more.

Tanks: Characters who can last a set of time. They get 2 points to stamina for each 1 they spend. They can max out in any stat but will cap at 1 tier below the highest for perception. Characters with more stamina, can take alot more damage before falling.

Genius's: Characters who are best at controlling there chakra and with ninjutsu and genjutsu based attacks. They get 2 points to reiryoku for each 1 they spend. They can max out in any stat but will cap at 1 tier below the highest in strength. Characters with more chakra can use more jutsu at higher levels, and chakra based attacks will be stronger compared.

Hawk Eyes: Characters who can perceive things going on around them at a heightened rate. They are cool under pressure and can see things coming at them. They get 3 points to perception for ever 2 they spend. They can max out in every stat except for reiryoku

IMPORTANT: Your weakest stat always have to be at least 10% of your highest, this means that if you have 200 Strength you can not have any stat below 20 points.

Speed:Speed has to deal with how fast your character moves and how fast their attacks move

Strength: Strength has to deal with the raw strength of your character. Characters with more strength can lift more, cause a wider area of damage when they strike and deal more damage. With enough strength, you only need to hit someone a few times to drop them.

Stamina: Stamina has something to do with how long your character can keep fighting. It also has to do with how much damage your character can take before they eat dirt. Characters with more stamina, can take alot more damage and continue to fight longer than others.

jutsu strength: jutsu strength has to do with how strong your jutsu based attacks are as well as how fast they move. it also affects how strong your jutsu based attacks are. Characters with more jutsu strength have stronger "energy" based attacks.

Perception: How well your character can aim and hit pinpoint strikes is decided by this. It also affects how well they can track fast moving objects. People without enough perception to keep up with their speed will only end up hurting themselves when they have no idea how far they've gone or where to stop or even understand how fast they are. People with far more perception than the speed their dealing with, things could seem in slow motion, though reacting to these things is a totally different story. (Perception in no way gives you prediction skills, or foresight.

In the world of Naruto, a jutsu ("Technique" or "Skill" in Japanese) is a general term referring to any technique a ninja might use that not any ordinary human could naturally imitate. In some cases the line between a simple action and a Jutsu is blurred and vague, allowing for some humor (Uzumaki Naruto: "What? How did you get loose?!" Uchiha Sasuke: "Rope Untying no Jutsu. It's basic stuff.")
Jutsu are usually the product of channeling chakra to a certain part or parts of the body (through the inner coil system, which is to chakra as blood vessels are to blood) and then manipulating it to create an effect which wouldn't be possible otherwise. If the inner coil system malfunctions or is blocked in any way, it is impossible to perform any jutsu at all.

The English version of the Naruto manga has English names for the attacks, which are often stated with the attacks' Japanese names in translations starting in 2005. The North American Naruto fanbase prefers to use the Japanese as of April 2005. In the English TV show, a different set of attack names is used.

Basic information
Generally speaking, jutsu are divided into three categories: Taijutsu (Body techniques), Genjutsu (Mind techniques) and Ninjutsu (Techniques that rely on sources beyond those). Besides these main categories there is another, more specific category: Fūin jutsu (Sealing techniques).
Besides being either Ninjutsu, Taijutsu or Genjutsu a jutsu can also be "Hiden" ( Secret). Hiden jutsu are jutsu passed down from generation to generation within some clans.
There is technically another category called Kinjutsu (Forbidden Techniques), but it refers not to the type of the jutsu but to the fact that it is forbidden to learn or perform it. A technique can be categorized as kinjutsu if it either causes great harm to the user if overused, such as Rock Lee's Lotus techniques, or if the techniques are dark or sinister in nature, such as many of Orochimaru's skills.
There are also Kekkei genkai. These are not really jutsu, but special, genetically inherited abilities like the ability to copy other jutsu or to merge your body with other bodies. Kekkei genkai abilities that work via the user's eye are called Dojutsu (Pupil Techniques). Some jutsu are based on Kekkei Genkai, like Tsukuyomi.

Ranking
There are seven different ranks in jutsu:
S-rank: Secret: extreme level jutsu
A-rank: Kinjutsu: ultra high level jutsu
B-rank: Jounin level jutsu
C-rank: Chuunin level jutsu
D-rank: Genin level jutsu
E-rank: Academy student level jutsu
No rank: Jutsu relying on the unique abilities of the users (Kekkei genkai, Hiden jutsu)
